Hello
My son was granted ILE from pakistan and he has been living in uk for last three years
Is he eligible to apply for british citizenship
Me and my wife are still on ILR
i got my ILR IN 2010 AND MY WIFE GOT HERS LAST YEAR

PLEASE HELP

They expect at least one parent to apply for naturalisation as well. However, caselaw may be on your child's side.
