my son born in uk on nov 2011 , can he register as british citizenship of non british parents any concessions will get .

Very little information provided. Please answer this question:
Are parents now on ILR visa (if they are from outside EEA area) or do they have PR card (if from inside EEA area)?

Your son born in UK wont get citizenship until one of the parent get ILR or child spends 10 years continuous in UK.
