AN Application form

I am applying for naturalisation based on 3 years rule/spouse of British national and have couple of questions..
Do I need to send original British passport and naturalisation certificate of my spouse or just the photocopy?
We are not using check and send service.
Could my spouse pay the fee of application?

You can send photo copies.
Your spouse can pay the fee.
I would recommend using NCS though as the service they provide is worth every penny.

A few more questions?
Do I need to send my own original passport or just the copy?
My spouse holds dual nationalities. Do I need to send copy of both of his passports
Do I need to send copy of our marriage certificate. The marriage certificate is not in English though?

Your documents needs to be original or narcotised copies which will cost more than NCS.
No need for his/her no uk passport
You need to send original marriage certificate and certified translation if marriage certificate is not in english
