Hi,

I am about to apply for citizenship (joint application with wife) in 1st week of March 2015 (5 year HSMP - ILR: Feb 2014)... Can I ask a few questions please.

1. I have been on a driving awareness course in April 2014, just one occasion.... no FPNs on license... Do I need to declare that on the form?

2. Wife is in UK since November 2009, in the last 12 months she has been outside UK for about 87 days.... is she eligible?

3. Reference: person with professional standing... can this be a person working in a bank on a senior position? like IT manager?

Not sure about this ... someone in forum may be able to help.

max 90 days allowed. if within 90 days then it must be fine
3. Reference: person with professional standing... can this be a person working in a bank on a senior position? like IT manager?
Managers of VAT registered company are eligible. Is the IT manager's company VAT registered ? Please refer to
