Hi to all
My name Obaido and I like to know more about when I can apply for my naturalisation, in 1/7/15 I will be here for 5 years and I get my ILR 2 years ago , to get to UK my GF applied for unmarried visa for me ang it get approved by court in UK and when they stamped the visa on my passport it says spouse ( just to be clear we apply for unmarried visa ) and after 2 years I applyied for ILR also as unmarried couple and I get it , and after that about 1 year we split ( GF and I ) and I get married to another lady and she's don't live in UK , so
1- when I can apply for my naturalisation and under wich form ?
2- my wife will dilvernext month , what the status of my kids will be and do I need to register them at the British embassy ?

Thanks for give time and the advice will be highly appreciated

1. AN1 as per ILR rules since you have ILR but not the spouse of British girlfriend any more, so five years stay condition applies.
2. If kids are born in UK before you are British citizen, they will be entitled to be British by birth and will have to apply on MN1 form for them, if they are born after you become British then they are British by birth regardless of their place of birth. If they are born outside UK before you are British then they have to apply for UK dependant visa.

Child is British if Born in UK to a parent holding ILR or British Nationality but that obviously won't be the case for OP.

You can't apply for ILR directly. You'll need to get dependant visa for your child, bring the child in UK and then you can apply for ILR registration as last step of becoming British.

Normally there isn't residential required.
Or once you have obtained British nationality, you can apply to register the child on discretion.

You dont need to send marriage certificate if you are not applying on the basis of British spouse route.
