BC Eligibility and English Test Requirement

Hello All,

Firstly apologies if this question been discussed before on this forum, I searched and couldn't find a suitable reply

I was on tier 1 general visa and me and my wife have recently been granted ILR on a 5 year basis. My query is that
1) When will my wife be eligible to apply for BC? She enetered UK on Nov 10 2011 as a tier1 dep, although her visa was granted on 01 Nov. When calculating her 5 year period will be it from Nov 1 or Nov 10th when she actually enetered the UK
2) Does she have to wait for 5 years before she can apply for BC(which in our case is Nov 2016)? Can she not apply immdiately after I am granted BC in Jan 2016, as being married to a British Citizen?
3) For my wife's ILR we took IELTS test which will expire in Oct 2016. Does she have to take another english language test for BC or can we use the same test results?

Kind Regards,

Joshua

1)Eligibility counts from the day she entered UK and not the date she got her visa
2)she can'apply immediately as long as she has ILR/PR status and she don't have to wait 5 years as long as she's married to a British citizen
3) No she doesn't have to take another test!
