Hi All
I have to apply for Naturalisation in 17 of Feb,
I lost my passport and IRL in Nov 2014, now I applied for replacement Bio-metric with still in home office Consideration.
My question is can I submit my application without passport and IRL if I add cover letter and explain them case already in home office?
If anyone have same experience please help me

You can apply without the passport. You need to send proof of ILR though. Do you still have the ILR letter confirming your ILR status? If so, you can use that.
For passport loss, you need to prove that you were in the country during that period. You can use your payslips for that period to confirm that you were in UK during that time.

You need to inform the police of the lost passport and submit the police report with your application.

In addition to payslips, bank statements, medical letters, etc. should help prove your residency for the period required.

Of course, anything that will prove that you were present for the required period.
