Do we have to fix photo on the referee section. if we glue it whats the reason they ask us to write name and dob behind it.

My friend told me first referee must write behind the true likenesses. Is it needed?

One of my referee is written in small letters, will it be ok.

Hi,
You should just write ur name and date of birth behind the photos.
Referee doesn't have to write anything there
This is just in case if your photo gets detached and it can traced back to the original application.
