Good afternoon,

I have 3 point on my license. I got them on 18/05/2014. I have made a stupid mistake and got foxed penalty points. Simply got a letter to pay £100 and send off my driving license. I have got it back with 3 points and nothing more. Since than haven't got any point added on top of that. Haven't been in court for this. Offense code is LC20. Is it a serious offense and what are the chances that thye will reject my application?

LC20(Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence) is generic code. Not sure what you did to get it but one FPN within last 12 months doesn't effect application unless it's serious.
