'Present Address' in the Naturalisation form

Dear All,

I am filling the Natusalisation form for my wife as she is temporarily based in Wales.

I am in England, Essex and that is our present/permanent address. As she is a Doctor, she travels around the UK and stays in temporary Hospital accomodations.

Now, while filling the form, it asks for 'present' address. Can we still provide our Essex Address as her present address as once her assignment gets over, she will return to Essex.

Please let me know the significance of 'present address' other than that it helps HOME OFFICE to arrange for a OATH ceremony in that area.

Regards,
Prash

All,

Just to make it clear, she visits me once in a fortnight and that way she will sign the document/application form before submitted.

regards,
Prash

Present address is where applicant resides most of the time. If your spouse is living somewhere temporarily then you don't mention that.
HO will send Citizenship certificate to local council where the applicant resides unless different council is requested.
