ILR BRP Issue Date Vs Valid Until Date

Hi All,
I have a query regarding my naturalisation application. I was issued ILR on 16/04/2014 at croydon PEO through same day service. I have received my BRP card within three days with dates as VALID UNTIL 16/04/2024, ISSUE DATE 16/04/2014.
There was an error in my name and contacted BRP Error team and sent my card with passport and on 22nd may 2014 I received my corrected BRP card with dates as VALID UNTIL 16/4/2024 and ISSUE DATE 22/05/2014.
Which date I should consider to apply for naturalisation? Is it issue date which is 22/05/2014(previously it was 16/04/2014) or 16/04/2014(ILR approval date).
Thanks

Hi All,
I had a PCN issued by hounslow council for stopping in taxi rank in 2013. Now I am due to apply for naturalisation next month. My question is, will this effect my naturalisation?
Do I need to declare this on my application as it was just a pcn issued by council and fine was paid straight away without any court involvment.
Thanks in advance.

Looking at the
new guide, it only discusses
FPN's disclosure and not
PCN's

Its says in the guide " Fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets)" ..
In the past I was given couple of PCNs (which were parking fines), Shall I disclose them? In which section in the form?
Also, I can only hardly remember where I was given a parking fine, I don't have the papers etc. How do I find out how many PCN/FPN I have?

Thanks Manka, I have already read that post.
I know the new guide discusses FPN's disclosure, hence my question how to find out how many you have in your record if record not kept?
And also as I mentioned the new guide says "Fixed penalty notices (SUCH AS speeding or parking tickets)", hence my question if I need to disclose my parking fines as they come under the FPN examples as quote above from the guide.
