Hi Folks,

I quick question and your replies will be appreciated. I am going to apply for naturalisation (5 yrs Tier 1(G)+ 1 ILR) but over the period of last 12 months I have come across below situations which I think can affect my application.

1. Got a letter stating that I broke red signal but I was given traffic signal course that I attended successfully so receive no points
2. Got a court summon for missing council tax but I paid the penalty and council tax before court date.
3. Got Parking ticket but paid it within 15 days.

I know in all above cases I haven't gone to court but all three happened with in 12 months so I am a little bit worried.

Could anyone of you please let me know if I should apply for naturalisation or wait for few months.

Thanks,
Ref

you dont need to wait, just declare the Red Light FPN, parking tickets are harmless

Hi,

Do I need to mention Red Light FPN in the application form? I read in some forum I dont need to do it as I attended the course and didn't get points on my DL

Please advice.
