British Nationality supporting documents clarification

I am a British national and my spouse is applying for b nationality shortly he got his ilr at the beginning of 2014. Can someone clarify what supporting documents are required to prove the lawful residency part?
And do we need supply three years worth off addresses or 5?
Is a letter from employer required saying employed for blah blah dates is a payslip not suffice?
Not sure what documents to submit for this part off the application.
