Hi everyone
My son is born in UK last year when I have tier 2 visa but I am going to apply for ILR soon. Will my son be eligible for british citizenship when I have ILR this year? I have not applied home country (indian) passport so far for him.
This is my second query, if in the meantime when I am waiting for ILR and if we have to go to our home my son will need a passport and visa, is it ok if I get indian passport for him and then when I have ILR I will apply for british passport and registration for him?

Once you have your ILR you can register your son as British citizen.

for this registration I need to use MN1 form, right? But the child is going to be british when he is 18 years old only?
