Hi all

I had applied for the citizenship via NCS recently(23/02). I was given a tracking number to track the parcel and it was delivered the very next day.

The money was taken out this Tuesday (03/02), but unlike my friend who applied a few days before me, I haven't received an email from home office confirming my application. I am told that the email contains the case ref. too.

Any ideas what should I do?

I have heard people getting approval before/at all getting acknowledgement letter - I wont worry!!

I never got email, not a single one ever, from home office.

If you received a confirmation letter in post then its fine, otherwise just wait it will come eventually.

I never got any emails, just letters in the post that were received several days after the date on the letters themselves.
