Hello All,

I along with my wife and daughter (born Feb 2012) was granted ILR in January. I then applied for my son's (born jan 2014) as BC and got approved and all good. I would now like to register my daughter as BC. Do can I do it now or do I need to wait until Jan 2016? If I can apply, will it be still Section 3(1)?

i think apply when parent both,applying for naturlisation ,,using mn1 ,,section 3/1 if born out side uk

make sure as parent both got ILR otherwise,,big issue like in my case,,,application refused

If daughter was born inside UK she can register as British citizen now that you have ILR. Take a look at this link.
