good morning

can someone please help... I would like to apply for my British citizenships with my 12 year old son we both have indefinite leave to remain, and have Trinidadian passports as I was told years ago he takes my nationality as we were granted indefinite leave when he was 3 years old. my friend said the form AN but it doesn't have a section to include his details to show I am also applying for him at the same time . my local checking office refuses to answer such questions.

the only issue is what forms should I use. would like to finally get this done before april when I am sure once again fees go up been putting this off for over 9 years. and I have passed my life in uk tests **fingers crossed here**

NCS do not offer ANY advisory, they only handle the application at receiving end for and on behalf of HO.

I think the form you need is MN1 as he is under 18

yes immigration is getting tougher, i have printed both forms and will complete them before end of this week... my local checking service just emailed me advising of fees to check documents etc so fingers cross you guys o will definitely be keeping you all up to date- THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR COMMENTS ON THIS XXXX
