I need some information regarding my 2 sons naturalization.
Last week I have received ILR and I want to apply for their naturalization (MN1 under 18), my both sons passports and UK birth certificates are with UKVI, actually last year in October their passports were submitted for Dependant visa and still in process (my wife is main applicant).

If I withdraw their application and vary to naturalization, in this case I have to pay full fee of naturalization or I have to pay difference amount (after deduction of in process of application fee).

Last year in December I vary my application from Tier 4 dependant to ILR and just submitted only difference amount not full fee of ILR.

Waiting for your kind reply.

Kind Regards,

Syed Bilal Shakeel

If I withdraw their application and vary to naturalization
You can't vary a visa application to a citizenship application.
I have to pay full fee of naturalization
Yes you will have to pay the full fee. Current fee is £669 per child and the fee goes up on 6th April to £749 per child. It is Registration for children and Naturalisation for adults.

See 'Children' section in the link below.

You can also order a copy of their birth certificates on the gro.gov website.

Yes she can probably vary to FLR(M) if you meet all the requirements. Not sure about the fee though. Probably pay full fee and ask for refund of other fee, but I am not 100% sure.

FLR(M) is a 5 year route to ILR as her clock for qualifying will be reset to zero if granted.
