Page 16 of thew new Form AN. Question 3.10 is Yes/No, but there is no question in the form. In the 2014 version of the form, the question is: 'Have you received any cautions (simple or conditional), warnings or reprimands in the UK or any other country?

So... the question is missing, does that mean I can't submit this form? Will everyone who submits with this form have it rejected or?

Contacted UKVI, they agreed it was an error and will follow up on it. They advised this form is valid until at least 6 April, at which point to check for a new form. So I'm holding off doing anything else until post 6 April as my NCS appointment is late April.

Thanks or your post..I just realised that Ayer taking references again for the second time for my 08-Apr appointment.. OMG does it mean I'll have to dill up application form again if the form changes?

Honestly I don't know, you are using the current March 2015 AN form? I'd expect it would still be valid for a little bit after April 5, just like the old 2014 form was valid for 2 weeks after March 2015 AN came out. Plus, I've got no idea if they will actually fix the mistake before April 5 or not, so the form may not change.

They can't even do a basic quality check on a important form....it's a real shame on how they run this immigration service.
keen to release the new form and fees than doing a proper job... no one is accountable...

Thanks fwd079. I wonder why they didn't change the month on the front cover sheet of the form to April. I see the error on page 16 has been corrected though.

my Ncs appointment is on 10th April, I have already got my referees signature on the An form march 2015 before updated.
Do you think I should reprint and get referees signatures again ? or I reprint the whole form again except referees page, will it be okay

Just noticed that there was a typo on Page 21 for 2nd referee which has been corrected in 02-Apr form.. I think that means we have to get referees signature again.. I'm applying through NCs on 08-Apr and I'm in the same position
