English language requirement

Hi all,

I came to the UK 6 years ago under Tier 2 and satisfied the English language requirement through a Toefl test.

I obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain 1 year ago and obviously had to pass the Life in the UK test.

My question is regarding the supporting documents for my naturalisation application using AN form:

Am I right in assuming that I don't need to satisfy the English language requirement again?

Also can someone please confirm that I only need the following supporting documents in my case:

-Passport covering last 5 years
-BRP showing ILR
-Life in the UK pass letter
-Photograph

Many thanks and apologies if this is a redundant question.

You can tick the relevant box if you satisfied English requirement before.

Thanks. And are the supporting documents I mentioned enough?

I went through NCS and they only took all of above plus B1 for English, so in my view this should be enough provided you don't have any criminal offences etc.

There is new AN Form published today, I recommend using that if you haven't started the application process.

EDIT: Thanks psnlb, edited :)
