Hi All,

I am asking this question on behalf of my friend and below are the details.

- Main applicant (Husband) and dependent (wife) qualified/granted ILR on 02/06/2014 based on Tier 1(G) and Tier 1(Dependent) criteria in PEO Croydon.
- Dependent has been living in UK since Jan 2011.

Questions are

Can they apply for Naturalisation together after 02/06/2015? or they have to apply for Naturalisation separately - first husband has to apply for Naturalisation and once he is British only then can wife apply as she has not been living in UK for enough period?

If they want wife to apply as Spouse of British National on a three years route, then husband must apply first and get his Naturalisation, because wife has not been here for five years. Also click here to read more. Good luck.
