Ok so if someone is applying for their naturalisation this year 2015 can they use their english lang certificate and life in uk test certificate from their last application for indefinite leave to remain made in 2014????. English certificate expires in 2 yrs so its still valid and life in uk test had no expiry so thats for life. Thanks

Yes, there is no expiry date for test certificates for naturalisation and as you ILR is after oct 2013 you can the option in 1.22
"I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after
28th October 2013;"

No there is no 1 day premium service for naturalisation
