Biometric details in AN and MN application for naturalizatio

hi There,
i got my ILR in 2011 and during that period there was no need for biometric enrolment. Home office took the biometric card that was issued to me as part of the work permit during the ILR application.
Now in the MN and AN application's biometric section what must I enter as I dont have the biometric card details that was issued to me as part of my work permit. Will I have to find out the details and then enter it or can I just go to the section where they ask whether finger prints were taken as part of previous immigration application?
