UK naturalisation application

Hi

I am about to submit my naturalisation application. I currently hold an ILR. My question is about the "Character" part of the application. In 2012, i had a speeding offence. I was in between moving houses and forgot to update my car and license details with DVLA. long story short, DVLA sent me a notice, i couldn't get it in time and the case went to court. When i found out, i was in between my second leg of FLR application. So i pleaded guilty (in absence), got 3 points on my license and paid £300 fines. I notified UKBA, they acknowledged receipt and put it on record. I got my FLR, than last year i applied for my ILR, again making it very clear that i had this on my records, got my ILR as well.

Now that i'm trying to submit my naturalisation application, I just want to ensure whether this will have any impact on my application? its not a CCJ, there is nothing on my credit history, I have done CRB and PNC checks, as part of my ILR application and they are also clear.

Also, i wanted to double check, if i have passed the life in UK test for my ILR and have provided my MSc Degree certificate from The University of Warwick as proof of English language competency, do i need to sit in a Life in UK test again, or can i put that as part of my cover letter and explain.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

No you do not need to do LIUK again. Do you still have your pass notification letter or a copy of it? If you look at the AN form, you will see there is a place to tick that you met this requirement on page 7.
So i pleaded guilty (in absence), got 3 points on my license and paid £300 fines.
When was this? Date and year?
