Hello, I did biometrics in Feb 2015 as part of a successful ILR. Now applying for naturalisation. Will I have to do biometrics again? If I do do I pay for it with the Form AN submission? Thanks

Yes, you will have to do biometrics again and pay for it at the Post Office when you go.

How long have you lived in the UK, date of entry?

All good to go then.

Make sure that on the date that HO receives your application that you were physically present in the UK exactly 3 years ago otherwise it will likely be refused.
