Hello,
I will be applying for UK citizenship on mid June' 2015.
During ILR, I had submitted Naaric CEFR Level C1 English assessment to satisfy english language requirement as I had done my education out side UK.
My question is do I have to give IELTS to prove English or Naaric letter will be sufficient.
Thank you.
Dhaval.

NARIC letter will be sufficient.
In fact, if you applied for ILR after 28 October 2013, there is no need to provide anything as within the form, there is a tick box option that states that English was already satisfied for ILR after 28 October 2013. Use this option.

No problems. Do note that LIUK is still required though and will need to be submitted.

Thanks,
LIUK was already attained last year.
And one more question here so far as I don't want to raise another tickets.
1)While filling Form AN
There is Good Character Requirement in Section 3 .
So what should be mentioned in section 3.5 - Address of tax office or tax office reference?
Is it necessary or can it be left blank?
Many Thanks.

If you are employed, you need to complete this detail because HO check HMRC records. It is on your P60 or your HR dept can provide the info.
If you are not employed, then it is not relevant.

Hi guys,
I submitted my Citizenship application today at Redbridge and use the option for English language mentioned below.
"In fact, if you applied for ILR after 28 October 2013, there is no need to provide anything as within the form, there is a tick box option that states that English was already satisfied for ILR after 28 October 2013. Use this option."
But I also brought my letter from university that my degree was in English and used the same letter in initial TIER-1, EXTENSION AND ILR(AFTER 28 OCTOBER 2013). During appointment the lady called someone has given my BRP number to him and information about my letter and adviced me that this letter is no more accepted and your application will be refused which shocked me. She said you need to fill the non disclaimer form that you won't claim for your money from redbridge if application is refused.
I explained "ILR after 28 October 2013" option in the form which I have used couple of times but she was keep telling me that application will be refused. So I signed the disclaimer form.
Any advice? Should I pass ESOL and send the certificate or will I be okay????
Thanks
ifti
