Many apologies to bother you with this trivial question but when the HMPO call do they call from a withheld number?
It's just that I don't usually pick up calls from withheld numbers but naturally will do so if the above is true.

Probably as they call from a call centre. They don't usually call though, they write to you if they need anything.
