LiUK test - second middle name

I used my UK Driver Licence as my identification for my LiUK test. I have two middle names. Only the first one is shown on my driver licence and therefore my LiUK test certificate also shows only my first middle name. My passport shows both. Will this create an issue? Has anyone been in this situation when they applied for citizenship?
