If the applicant has written the job detail of present employer but during the process of naturalizations application if he finds new job then what should be done?

Nothing.

Then what is the purpose of asking that question??

For the tax reference details so that HMRC records can be checked. Employment is not a requirement for citizenship applications.

I am sure they can, but remember the form asks for the tax ref number which is specific to your employer at the time you apply so can check all aspects of tax.

And does the ukba check during the naturalizations application regarding the NHS medicines which the ILR holder taken from GP??

No they don't I'd request not to be paranoid. Once you hold ILR there is nothing stopping you from accessing NHS.

So I left my (then) job after 20 days of applying for Naturalisation and of course I put down my then Tax office reference number on the form (in March 15). Do I need to provide them with my current in case if they want to check how I am doing on my tax affairs?
