Hi Guys,

My child born in India after having British Citizenship (Wife is still Indian Citizen),

Now Child is in UK with Settlement Visa.

And we want to apply for British Citizenship for him.

How can we apply for that, And what sort of documents needed.

If the child was born AFTER you attended ceremony and became British citizen , then the child is automatically British by Descent and can apply directly for a passport.
