hi all
I have asked the HO to return my documents back to me since 20/04/2015, I gave them a call today to wonder why is taking too long to return my passport back? the lady informed me that I should not ask for my documents to be sent back to me before 3 months from the date of submitting my application to them, as I have submitted my application on 27/02/2015.

I think she's wrong, if you can get your documents back at the same time at NCS appointment then why can't you get them before 3 months of your application date? This is nonsense, call again and hopefully you'll speak to a sensible person next time.

Did you apply from within either England, Wales or Scotland? If yes and you needed your documents back, perhaps
NCS was a better idea. Now its up to them to retain or return at their convenience. I hope your second call finds a better person but its just a chance now.
