Hi all,

I sent an email to further nationality enquiries last month and almost 20 working days yet no reply from them, I requested to know the status of my application.

Does this happen a lot?

The HO website suggests enquiries should only be made after 6 months.
Even then the type of reply may be something like "application has been received & is in progress".

If it's 6 months or more since you applied suggest you call the helpline.
