Naturalisation without partner's passport

hi please i need advice
i have ilr by married to bc i completed 3 years now and want apply for naturalization but my wife will not help cuz we are seprated now so if i applied without her passport but will write a letter to ho and explain why she doesnt want help me so do u think they gonna accept ?

No, they will not accept a letter if you are applying on the basis of 3 years residence as a spouse of BC. You need either her passport, birth certificate or naturalisation certificate photocopy of either and you need your marriage certificate (original).

If she is British born, it is easy to get a birth certificate from the GRO website.

If you can't get her supporting paperwork, best would be to wait till you have 5 years residence and apply in your own right.
