I am filling the MN1 for my 2 month baby who is born in UK , I have the questions please have a look and help me.

NCS Appointment at my council is only available after a month.

Section Question
1.1 Section 1( 3 ) - Child Born in UK Before ILR
1.2 Whose reference number it is ? Child did not have any passport
1.3 Blank ?
1.4 SURNAME
1.5 FIRST NAME
1.6 BLANK
1.7 BLANK
1.8 BLANK
1.9 What should I keep , Baby does not have any Nationality currently as we did not apply any passport
1.10 BLANK
1.11 DOB
1.12 TOWN of Birth
1.13 Country of Birth - UK
1.14 Male
1.15 Blank ? As 2 Months Baby will not be married or any status
1.16 Address and Details
1.17 to 1.20 We are planning to use NCS so what should we fill ?
1.21 to 1.24 Fine
1.26 Dad is Indian
1.27 Not got ILR so leave it blank ?
1.30 to 1.38 Fine
1.39 Marriage Day Date ? If Yes thats fine
1.41 to 1.47 Blank
2.1 to 2.3 Blank ?
3.1 Mother got ILR , so tick mother ? But Mother is not British
3.2 Addresses for both parents ?
3.3 Absences of Mother from UK ? Like we submit in ILR Application ?
Rest all are confusing
Section 4 : 2 Month Baby so leave it all Blank ? except he is drinking milk and playing

Section 5 References from Chemist at Pharmacy , Health Visitor or Doctor - Is it fine ?

Section6 Biometric Card Details of Mother ?

Where is the payment page ?
