General Queries About New AN (V.05/15)

Hi Guys
I have few queries regarding the BC application
1. I am sending just last year Self Assessment statement although I was self-employed for few years (in the past - not anymore)
Any opinions
2. I have a speeding ticket 4 years ago. It recently expired but I haven't removed it from my licence - So I will declare it.
- But my question is I had fare few Parking Tickets. Can't remember when I had them and where I had them (have been driving for a while)
I mean the councils or the parking ticketing companies only give the ticket to the car (registration) and if you don't pay them then they will actual go to the DVLA and get the registered keeper and proceed the case to court.
I have always paid them within the 1st 15 days taking the 1/2 price deal
So, I am giving them whatever I remember.
What are your thoughts.
If I give them in the Any other information section is it OK
