Dear Expert Members
• I would like to request your expert opinion and guidance in completing British Naturalisation form as I am bit unclear on MN1 form and I need your sincere advise to complete and submit it successfully.
Brief Introduction.
• Myself my wife and two kids come to UK in Dec 2009 under tier 1 and approved ILR in July 2014 however I have not applied ILR for my youngest daughter since she is born in UK hence I have saved Fee for applying ILR for her as she becomes eligible for naturalisation if the parents have the ILR .
• My younger daughter who is now 11years of age was born in UK in October 2001 , at that point we have no ILR hence my daughter cannot be a British citizen by Birth.
Need advice on following points as what to write when filling MN1 form, also it will be much appreciated if the experts can let me know that I have completed the form correctly . all mentioned below only the difficult parts.
Section 1 - Personal Information
1.1 Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the
section 1 (3) --------------------Kindly let me know if this is correct ?

Can I insert here my daughters Biometric card no which was issued when tier 1 was renewed , card has now expired ?

If the child’s parent is an EEA national, a Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss national you should ensure that they qualify for permanent residence. Child has indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK. Date granted
As mentioned earlier that we have not applied ILR for my youngest daughter as she is born in UK so what to write here ? Please advise

Section 6 - Biometric enrolment
In accordance with British Nationality (General) (Amendment) (2) Regulations 2014 anyone applying for naturalisation or registration as a British citizen must register their biometric information. For more information about registering your biometric information, please see the accompanying guidance notes, which you must read before completing this form.
If you have a current grant of leave on a biometric residence permit (BRP), you must provide your BRP for the application to be valid and complete.

I understand that I have requested a bit too much but your expert reply would be much much appreciated as my daughter will be travelling overseas in October where we know that there is no guarantee that naturalisation will be done by then however I will try my best that she can make it.
Thanks for your support in advance.
