Hi All
Soon I am going to apply for Naturalisation on AN form, as I was granted ILR on long residency basis.
1. In employment section 1.53, I had so many jobs in last 10 years, Do I need to just fill the boxes with the required details of all (part time and full time) jobs OR do I also have to provide them the evidence as well in shape of P45, P60, Payslips, Employment contracts stuff like that. Please clarify on this one
2. In same question 1.53, Do I have to provide them whole 10 years employment history even when I was full time student and working as well or I can just provide them employment history since I got Tier 1 PSW in 2008 and was just working full time no study. I came to UK as student in March 2004 and I was granted Tier 1 PSW in 2008 and then Tier 1 general and then ILR on long residency.
3. What sort of documents do I need to send along with my application
I believe
Filled AN form along with pictures and payment slip
Current and old passports covering last 10 years
BRP card (ILR on it)
Life in UK test certificate
MBA degree from UK university
Driving License
Any other documents please advise me

Hi All
On AN form page 7, it states
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013;
If I tick that what document do I need to provide to prove this please?
I am actually trying to understand what do I need to provide in order to prove knowledge of language and life in UK, I already have ILR and applying for naturalisations soon, I have life in UK certificate and MBA degree, They also talk about print out of point based calculator on AN form guide and in booklet.
What really I need to provide please?
How to take print out of point based calculator
Any help please

I have merged your two topics. Please post in same one instead of multiple posts with different questions.
All you need is LIUK pass letter and your UK degree certificate.

#1. For a regular worker who paid tax via PAYE system it appears enough to list the employment history.
If you were self-employed tax details from HMRC are required.
The employment section appaars to feed into HO requirement for "good character" which is largely based on a person's behaviour; eg paying taxes.
For a PAYE worker, HO can check the records direectly with HMRC.
#2 Form AN is quite clear: full last 10-years history (or since date of entry, if less).
#3. Documents. See Section 3 here:

If a UK degree then UK degree certificate can be submitted.
For a foreign degree, you can find PBS calculator here:

If you search this forum you will find other posts on how to use this & what to do.

1. Reference #1 & #2: I beleive I am understanding right, If I have worked on PAYE then in previous years then I dont need to send any P60, payslips or P45 s etc Home office will check this detail from HMRC himself, As I said before I have worked for so many employers in past even for some employers I only worked for 2 weeks etc, In this case If I miss some employers and details of employments in the boxes at 1.53, Will this go against me a lot? I am in dout that I might miss some thing, Also do I have to put day, month and years or Month and year be okay.
Further a bit curious Will HO telly my details found from HMRC with the details I have already provided in my previous visa applications in last 10 years?
2. Also I was a director of my own limited company, but the company was just a dormant and never traded, Do I need to send anything regarding this as well please?
Also Currently I am working for a company as full time employee as well as I have my own limited company but again its a dowmant company and has never traded since last two years. Do I need to mention this and provide some documentations about this?

#1 & 2. The 'documents required' section of the form does not state such documents are required for a PAYE employee.
Month/year is an adequate level of accuracy.
You can add a note in the 'further info' section to explain if certain time periods in the history are sketchy due to lack of records or poor memory.
I can't comment on the inner workings of HO officials but I believe they crosscheck data from a number of sources & databases & etc. (I always work on that basis in my dealings with them).
Q2. If a company director, you need to provide some sort of statement of tax assessment.
Not sure if that comes from HMRC or from your accountant - it will be mentioned in the guide.
Again a mention in 'further info', something to explain "the company is dormant", will surely help the official understand what is going on.
Good luck.
