Hello

My wife applied for Naturalization and she has got an invitation to get her Biometric Details done.

The name on the invitation letter was incorrect and we sent an email that was mentioned on the letter on 03 July, 2015 asking for this to be amended and sent out again.

Have not heard back anything regarding whether they received the request or anything else that is needing done.

Do not want the 15 days time frame to lapse.

Anyway we can contact for this to be confirmed?

Any advise will be much appreciated.

Most likely it is a clerical error. Two options, wait for HO to respond or do the biometrics anyway

email is better. in the subject box write ' For Your Immediate Attention'

i did this and they responded within 12 hours!
