Language requirement confusion

Hi All,
Am applying for my spouse, as her Degree was not in PBS , got Assessment done from NARIC. In Guide, its given Degree Certificate + NARIC Letter . But in Gov.uk site ,
https://www.gov.uk/english-language/degrees-in-english
"You’ll need your original degree certificate
and one of the following:
a printout from the points-based calculator with the equivalent level of your degree and the level of English
an original letter or certificate from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of your degree,
plus an official letter from your university with your name and degree confirming that your degree was taught in English"
So do I need to get a letter from University as well ? Please advice.

Yes, that's what "plus" means (in context).

Yes, but only when NARIC letter is ELA, not SoC.

Page 14 and 15 of Guide states
Evidence of knowledge of Language and of Life in the UK
• Letter confirming success in the Life in the UK Test, stamped and signed by
the Test Supervisor; and either
• Certificate showing that you have a speaking and listening qualification in
English at B1 CEFR or higher, or an equivalent level qualification. (If you sat a Home Office approved test you may not have a certificate, but should ensure that you state the test number at section 1 of the form); OR
•
Your original degree certificate and one of the following:
15 1.
A print out from the points-based calculator, with the equivalent level of your
degree and the level of English
2.An English language Assessment (ELA) from UK NARIC (this will also show us that UK NARIC are content that your qualification is equivalent to a UK degree)
3. A Statement of Comparability (SoC) from UK NARIC confirming your qualification is comparable to a UK degree, plus an official letter from your university with your name, the title of the degree, and that the qualification was
taught in English.
4. An original and official certificate from your university confirming the degree was taught or researched in a majority English-
speaking country (except Canada), plus and original letter or certificate from UK NARIC confirming that the equivalent level of your degree, OR •
Your passport showing that you are a national of a majority English speaking country
•Your confirmation that you met this requirement, on or after 28th October 2013, in order to obtain settlement.
Thanks Sushdmehta , so it if we have ELA then no need of university letter ? Gov.Uk site doesnt mention about ELA or SOC, so got confused.

mentioned as in AN ...
So we need to get SOC as well ? Sorry ,confused with all these given options , please advice.

Forget what is written in the
parentheses. Your intention (and the requirement) is to prove English language proficiency and not whether UKV&I can decipher whether the degree is equivalent to a UK degree through the ELA.
Options:
1. Degree certificate + ELA,
or
2. Degree certificate + SoC + letter from University
your choice.
