Home office address for additional documents

Hi everyone,
Home office requested for additional documents but the address on the letter is different to the one on the application form. does anyone know which address to send for documents if requested?

Send them to the one on the letter.

Hi DMY
when you applied your case and what's type of document they required pls share it.& if you have any doubt call to on this no.

and confirm the address.

HO requested for English Cert from new approved center and it was done and i sent the certificate to the address on the letter.I called that number early before and they told me to send the certificate to the address on the letter i got from the case worker.
Thanks for your concern... i will update you the outcome of my application.
