Only if you're married to a British citizen you can apply for naturalisation after 14th December 2015. If not, you need to complete 5 years residence which would make it December 2017. Hope this helps.
ps, your clock starts from when you entered the UK not when the initial visa was issued

That is unusual. Based on this, I would guess that you arrived on the basis of a spouse visa issued under rules pre-July 2012. Is that correct? If not,

What visa did you enter the UK on?
If you are the spouse of a British citizen, you will be eligible for citizenship after three years in the UK, including one year of ILR. But one of the conditions is that you must have been in the UK exactly three years before on the date your application was submitted. So, if you submit you application on 22nd November 2015, you must have been in the UK on 22nd November 2012 (not have the visa, but actually be in the country) for the application to go further. Otherwise, the application will fail and you will lose the entire fee.
If you entered the country on 14th December 2012, you can only apply on or after 14th December 2015.

Anyone who is working or worked in the past it is mandatory. Employment is not requirement for Citizenship. So you need not worry about not working at the moment. Just write the dates and addersses of the employers for whom you worked.

You only qualify to apply for citizenship in December once you have been in the UK for 3 years (assuming your spouse is British).
Why are you applying in November? You don't qualify to apply in November.
