Can anyone please tell me the processing time after you have had your ceremony to the day you get your actual passport please? You have to attend an interview? do you know the whole process and how long it is until you get your invite and do you get your passport on the day of the interview
many thanks

Passports are not issued automatically just because someone has attended a naturalisation ceremony.
Note A British passport has to be applied for separately once a person has been naturalised as a UK citizen.
There is a mandatory interview at a regional passport office for first-time applicants.
Passports are not issued on the day of interview & there is no fast-track process (for first-time passports).
The appropriate form can be processed online or is available from a UK post office,

In our case we didn't receive any mails from HO at all (during 2 naturalisation applications).
The acceptance letter is what you need (followed by a letter from your local council about the ceremony).
Good luck.
