Hi All,
Planning to apply for my spouse ,end of this month.
Her immigration route - Workpermit Dependant - Tier 1 Dependant - ILR .
Totally - 5 years + 1 year ILR
Clarification required is , She Home maker intially , then did 2 part time jobs at the same time . 1 in as a LTD company and Other in a Organisation.
I believe we can fill the form with below info,
Details of your employment
1.48 - Occupation - Home maker
1.49 - Blank
1.50 - Blank
1.51 - Blank
1.53 - Give Part time (Employed comp) - Details
Give Part time (Self Employed comp) - Details
- Dates will collide , is this OK ?
- I understand it is employment history , So giving Home maker for 1.48 and providing details here , will it create confusion ?
Please advice.

This appears to make sense in terms of your case.

HO caseworkers should also be used to making sense of their generic forms which are used by many people with many varied and different circumstances.

"I am a home maker , and did two part time jobs during dd/mm to dd/mm".

will this help ?

Also We have UTR number , do we need to submit that for "1.52 Address of tax office or tax office reference" ?

I think Questions 1.48 & 1.53 will give the necessary information.
You could add a note (it won't hurt) but it's just duplicating answers to those questions.

I don't know what a UTR number is.
You can usually get such details from a tax document or letter from HMRC.

UTR Number is given for self employed people. Saw some posts in the forum to give UTR for this question.

Quick question regarding out of UK dates , please help , we have NCS this week.

My spouse have less than 300 days total out of uk for last 5 years and less than 90 days in the current year.
Query is - We have arrival stamps in our passport but not departure stamps.
Since not many days out of UK , am planning to , Substract 1 day from Arrived date in INDIA and show as leaving from UK date, this might be correct or may not as , at times we reach the same day to INDIA. Is this Approximate (roughly) OK ? unfortunately I do not have time for SAR or document to get Travel dates , too late to know about it .
Please advice.

Insert the number of days you were away from the UK in the last column ignoring the day you left and the day you arrived back in the UK

Thank you for the reply, but the confusion remains. I still need to enter a From date and To date , were From date is what need to be decided as per arrival date in India. And that is what I was planning to enter as 1 day less than arrived date in India. But it may or may not be Exact date ,as at time we do same day departure from London and arrive in India. , what should I do ...

Did you purchase the flight tickets online? You almost certainly have them in your email. Get the dates from them.

Hi secret.simon , yes i was trying that too , but couldnt get all the ticket details ... will try again .so even if a days difference (in my case we are adding extra day ) will cause problems ?

Imagine you arrived in India one day after leaving UK and returned to UK one day after you left India.
That adds two days to the absence count ...

Thanks Sushdmehta , that was what my plan was as I mentioned in my original query. return dates I can get from my passport. But departure is problem (but have arrived date stampl (from India) ) ,
so I am assuming and adding 1 day to absense count. Which still will not hurt as not many holidays taken.
