I am a Romanian who lives in the UK for about 5 years. I got my blue card in January 2011. From 2010 to 2014 I was a PhD student. I am not sure if I am eligible to apply for the UK citizenship. If yes, what documents I need? Can anybody give me some advice/guidance in this process? Where should I start from? Thank you.

5 years is too soon to naturalise unless married to a BC too.
1st step is to achieve
settled status, for example by acquiring PR as a
qualified person exercising treaty rights continuously in UK for 5 years.
Tip: As a student make sure you held CSI to count time as a qualified person exercising treaty rights.

Good luck.
