Hi,

Its been 5 months but haven't receive naturalization approval.

- Applied on 03-04-2015
- Fee deduction on 11-04-2015
- Acknowledgment received 15-04-2015
- Biomatric letter received 20-04-2015
- Biomatric submitted 21-04-2015

And since than haven't received any response. My friends are saying it takes normally 2 to 3 months, they applied last year.

Question:- Should I contact Home Office or should I wait?

If your case is straightforward with bo law breaks or inmigration breaks then up to 6 months. But there is still a bit of a backlog.
Be patient! Good things come to those that wait!
