English requirement urgent help

Hi
I have naturalisation nsc appointment in next 2 weeks.
I needed help on english language requirement.
I have degree from india which is recognised on point based calculator for english language equivalent.
Though the following options in 1.22 form AN
I have obtained an academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised
standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
i. UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English; or
ii. the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country
(other than Canada);
Do i need to get certificate from NARIC confirming the degree is taught and researched in ENGLISH.
Any help would be appreciated.
