my naturalisation application is due in (October 2015 ) but would like to know if the following would impact it
1. Court fine in 2009 for travelling without fare. Declared in ILR and granted last year.
2. Last week got FPN for spitting on the street by council enforcement officer. No court involved. Penalty paid next day.

Kindly senior member put light on it ..

1) Non-custodial & over 3 years ago so may be acceptable to caseworker under HO guidance
