British Citizenship- Good Character Traffic Offence & Tax

Hello
Would appreciate help guys :)

I am applying for British Citizenship later this year. My biggest concern are the traffic offences and the tax.
-A month ago I have been caught speeding 35mph in 30mph zone but I have now ticket the box that I would like to take the Speed Awareness Course
- In Sept 2013 I have been caught on yellow box but I have no responded to the letters and was charged to pay the fee to bailiff. On the day of the bailiff letter in Sept 2014 I have paid the full amount.
- I have had 4/5 parking and bus lane tickets from the Reading council between Sept and Oct 2013

For a year in 2013-2014 while I was working full time as a part of my degree requirement (registered as a student at University), I have been living with friends in two locations. I have a proof (parking permit) for one and a contact to confirm I have paid the tax in the other. I was convinced I don't have to pay the tax that year. The problem might be that I have failed to change the DVLA car reg in that first period due to being a Fraud Victim and not having a sure house situation for a while.

Would those be an issue in the naturalisation application? I am doing masters and planning to be a chartered architect so I think there should not problems with "good behaviour" section otherwise.

Would really appreciate answers. Was considering the National Checking Service but I want to know if it's at all worth doing now.

I have split your post from the old thread where you posted. Hopefully someone will answer you soon.

Just to confirm, when you say tax, do you mean Council Tax?
