Dear all

I received an acknowledgement receipt for my naturalization application from Home Office. However they mentioned that for some reasons payment using credit/debit card has been declined due to invalid security code and I am required to send new payment of GBP 1005.00 within 14 days.

The letter does not mention any address where to re-send the payment. The letter head has following address:
North West Region
Nationality Team
PO Box 306
Liverpool
L2 0QN


However original application sending address on their website is following:
UKVI
Department 1
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP

Could you please advise which is the correct address to send application.

It appears that letter came from a PO Box address which could be department/section of Home Office responsible for processing fees and issuing notifications.

Please can you (as well as other experts) comment on this topic.

So you answered your own question!

Most likely the PO box address goes to the other place anyway sodoes it really matter!

Wherever you send it, send it by recorded or special delivery so you can track when it gets delivered to them.

My NCS says the same thing and I'll be getting a similar letter from Home office to resubmit my payments looks odd. Just a quick one, did you receive any reference number with your letter?
