i forgot whenthey took and where i did my finger prints

I totally forgot when they took my fingerprints or where , I also cant remember when or where I did my BRP but I remember it was done in the UK , I know the home office took all my paper when i applied for ILR but now im applying for nationality and they asking about date and locataion of BRP and finger prints what shall ido ??

Reply with year if you can figure it out from BRP card.
Otherwise reply with "Don't remember/don't know".
Explain in 'additional information' section of the form if you need more space.
